Kohler’s microsurgical forceps in the Hartmann pattern, angled at 60 degrees. The choice between this and the 45 degree version is the approach angle your access allows – they are otherwise the same instrument.

Regular large instruments cannot perform the task since 5.0 or 6.0 suture is really thin!”

60 or 45 degrees?

Approach angle, and nothing else – the two are the same instrument bent differently. Many surgical trays carry both so there is one to suit the site.
