Dentsply specify dedicated points for Minima. These are them.

Step 11 of Dentsply's own Minima sequence reads: dry the canal with dedicated absorbent paper points. Not any paper points – dedicated ones. A Minima preparation is deliberately conservative, and a generic .02 point of the same ISO tip size behaves differently in it: too slender to wick properly, or binding coronally before the tip ever reaches length. The R20 point is made for the canal the R20 file leaves.

Why not just use my usual .02 points?
You can, and plenty do. But the point of a matched range is that the paper reaches the same place the cone will occupy. If your point stops 2 mm short, you have dried the middle third and guessed at the apex.

Are RECIPROC® blue points the same thing?
No. Blue and Minima cut different shapes. Use the points matched to the file you actually used – that is the entire reason both ranges exist.

Which size do I need?
The one matching your final file – R25 points, R35 points, R45 points, or the assorted box.
