VDW K-File or ReadySteel K-FlexoFile?
Both are sterile stainless K-type files from the Dentsply Sirona group. VDW describe their K-File by the size-dependent cross-section above; Dentsply Sirona describe the K-FlexoFile for curved and narrow canals. ReadySteel K-FlexoFile® ISO 40, 25 mm is the same size and length.

Do I need to sterilise them before first use?
No. VDW: “No sterilisation prior to first use”
