KimTrac: a retractor that holds bone, not gum

B&L’s KimTrac stainless steel set for surgical retraction: a handle with interchangeable blades, a wing and an autoclaving cap. B&L say the serrated blade edges secure the bone, avoiding slipping into the gum and tearing the reflected tissue.
