A Luer-lock needle is only as good as the barrel it locks onto, and a slip-tip syringe will not hold one at all. This bundle takes two boxes of the endostop version – so eighty needles and a hundred stops – and adds a box of sterile 5 ml Luer-lock syringes to put them on. Built here from stock rather than shipped as a manufacturer's kit, which is why it arrives as a single line rather than three.

› Check two equal jets before the tip goes near an orifice, and fill with a compatible irrigant – stabilised hypochlorite up to 6%, EDTA 17%, chlorhexidine 2%, citric acid up to 40% or Dual Rinse HEDP.

Is this the same as buying two boxes separately?
The needles and stops are identical – two boxes of the endostop code. What the bundle adds is the syringes, and one line on the order instead of three.

Do I have to use the stops?
No. The needle is marked at 18, 19, 20 and 22 mm, which for many working lengths is reference enough on its own – the stops are there for the lengths that fall between marks.
