A 27G that still fits down the canal you actually prepared.

Not every canal needs the narrowest needle you own. A 27G delivers more volume for the same push, and in a canal prepared to a reasonable apical size it still goes where it needs to. Vista Apex describe the Appli-Vac as slotted and side-vented for safe irrigation, on a luer lock hub; at 100 a bag the tips come individually capped. Colour-coded yellow.

27G or 30G?
A wider needle moves more irrigant; a narrower one goes further into a conservative preparation. Both are stocked because it depends on the canal, not on which is better.

Are they autoclavable?
Vista Apex say neither way, so neither do we – treat them as single-use. For a tip that is explicitly reusable, the NiTi SuperFlex above is the one.

Will they fit my syringe?
Luer lock hub, so any standard luer lock barrel. Vista Apex design them around their own Appli-Vac pre-tipped syringes.
