Cerkamed's two intended uses, in their words: "gingival protection during dental treatments" and "sealing rubber dams". The Mega Pack is four 1.2 ml syringes with tips.

No. Cerkamed's two uses are sealing a dam and protecting gingiva during procedures that do not need a full dam. For endodontics it is the sealant at the margin of the sheet, not the sheet.
Because a seal takes very little, and a cured resin in a big syringe is a wasted syringe. Four small ones stay fresh; Cerkamed also allow that the expiry date is unchanged after opening if the cap goes straight back on.
