The drying step should not send you to another box. This cell pack carries ISO sizes 90-140, hand-jig rolled in what DiaDent describe as a specially formulated, highly absorbent paper, and millimetre-marked like the ML.029 cones.

Why 200 points against 120 cones?
Consumption, not a discount. Several points dry one canal; one cone fills it.

Are these sterile?
Yes. DiaDent supply this line in pre-sterilised cell packs – “points remain sterile until opened”, in their words – and their Instructions for Use add that sterility is not guaranteed once a cell is opened, and that the points are single use.

Which size do I need?
The one matching your final apical file – the range runs 15 to 80, or take the 15-40 assorted box.
