›  Lower working temperature. Dentsply Sirona say Conform Fit® gutta-percha “can be used at lower working temperature”, which they describe as reducing the risk of harm to the periodontal ligament.
›  Sealer with it, then a coronal seal. Dentsply Sirona’s own AH Plus® or AH Plus® Jet, or the bioceramic NeoSEALER® EZFlo. Resin or bioceramic is a real choice of technique rather than a ranking – we carry both because both are right in different hands.
