Upper canine at 26 mm? A long-rooted premolar where a 25 mm file leaves you short? This is R20 – the size the instructions tell you to start with in narrow and challenging canals – in the 31 mm working length. The cases that need this reach are often the same ones with a fine, curved canal at the end of it, which is exactly what the slimmest file in the range is for.

Which length do I need?
