The familiar Minnesota blade, modified by Dr. Nasseh with an integrated protrusion. That protrusion is the whole difference: it gives the retractor a fixed point of support to work against instead of relying on hand pressure alone.

Kohler list the plain Minnesota at 14 cm, toothed, as REF 8401. This is the Nasseh modification of that pattern – the protrusion is the only thing we claim as different, because it is the only thing Kohler and Dr. Nasseh describe as different.
