The fifth instrument in the range, and the only one without hooks. Kohler describe it as "without hook, diamond coated tips, for Guttapercha removal and penetration of calcified or ledged canal".

It removes material by abrasion rather than by engaging it, which is what separates it from the four hooked versions. Kohler list it in both 26 mm and 18 mm.

How is this different from the other four?

The other four carry micro-hooks that engage the gutta percha. This one has no hook – the working ends are diamond-coated. Kohler name two uses for it beyond gutta percha removal: a calcified canal, and a ledged one.
