What should a first molar attempt look like? Three canals, arranged the way the textbook says. The Endo 3DP #30 is a mandibular right first molar with two canals in the mesial root and one in the distal – the standard layout, printed the same way every time, with the whole canal system visible through the tooth. It is the tooth for a delegate's first molar, and for demonstrating a full case from access to fill without anything unusual getting in the way of the sequence.

This one. It is the standard case; #19 and #31 are the complications, and they teach more once the standard case is solid.

Do the mesial canals join?
Acadental publishes two canals in the mesial root and one in the distal, and no more detail than that. If you need a specified apical merge, the radiopaque X2 Endo #30 is described in more depth.

Can it be reused?
No reprocessing protocol is published, and once instrumented and filled the anatomy is gone. Budget one tooth per delegate per exercise.
