Sometimes the mirror is the thing blocking the view

Retracting hard behind a second molar and still fighting for an angle? The No. 0 is the small head in the ULTRAvision range – Ø 14 mm, eight millimetres narrower than the No. 4 that lives on most brackets. It goes where the standard mirror cannot: distal of a tipped seven, under a low arch, into a child's mouth, and into a surgical window where the retraction is already doing the work. Same ULTRA FS front-surface coating as the rest of the range.

Which size do I actually want?
Ø 22 mm (No. 4) is the routine adult mirror. Ø 20 mm (No. 3) trades a little field for a little room. Ø 14 mm is this one – kept for the cases the other two cannot reach.

Front surface, or rhodium – is that the same choice?
No, they are two separate things. Front surface describes where the coating sits; rhodium and ULTRA describe what the coating is. Every mirror on this page is front surface. ULTRA is the brighter of the two coatings Hahnenkratt offer.

How are they reprocessed?
The cone unscrews from the handle, so both parts clean as separate items. Follow Hahnenkratt's own EN ISO 17664-1 processing instructions for the range – they publish them per product line.
