Shaped with the Primary? Dry with the Primary. Dentsply Sirona make these points in the same four sizes as the WaveOne® Gold files, colour-coded to match, so the point you pick up belongs to the shape you have just cut. Since the Primary shapes most canals, this is the box that empties first.

› Order by finishing file, not by feel – the point size follows the last file to reach length.
› Dry before you seal – every sealer IFU assumes a dry canal. Check yours; it is the cheapest step in the case to get right.
› Then fill – the matched Conform Fit® Primary cone or a Thermafil® obturator.

Questions we get asked

› Which size do I order? The one that matches the file you finished with. Shaped to Primary, dry with Primary. Other sizes: Small · Medium · Large.

› Will ordinary points do? They will absorb moisture, but the sizing no longer relates to your preparation, so you are back to judging by eye. Dentsply size these to the file range for exactly that reason.
