Obturation.06 taperMillimetre markedSingle use
DiaDent’s Dia-Pro ISO gutta percha is, in their words, “uniformly tapered to match .04 and .06 tapered instruments” and millimetre marked. This is ISO 15 on a .06 taper, 60 points to the slide-open box – and DiaDent’s instructions put the fit rule simply: use “the same size and thickness of file and Gutta Percha point”.

Which files does it match?
DiaDent make it “uniformly tapered to match .04 and .06 tapered instruments” and name ProFile® ISO among them. The rule in their instructions is the one that matters: a canal finished with a 15/.06 takes the 15/.06 cone. On our shelves that is ProFile 15/.06; the Mtwo pages already point here.
Are the cones sterile?
No. DiaDent’s Instructions for Use carry the non-sterile symbol, and the points are single use – “do not re-use them”. Their storage advice: close the lid tightly after use, keep unused points in the box at room temperature (2–27 °C), dry and out of sunlight. Shelf life is four years from manufacture, so check the date, and in DiaDent’s words “do not use if the Gutta Percha is too hard and not elastic”. The matching Dia-Pro ISO paper points are the sterile half of the pair – pre-sterilised cell packs.
Which sealer?
NeoSEALER EZFlo or NeoSEALER Flo – premixed bioceramic, EZFlo through a 29G NaviTip™ into the apical third, Flo through the wider Flex Flo tip (the 21 mm tip version of EZFlo is stocked too) – or AH Plus, the epoxy sealer every other one is measured against. Resin or bioceramic is a real choice of technique rather than a ranking; we carry both because both are right in different hands. DiaDent’s own directions put sealer on the canal walls and on “around 1mm” of the cone tip before the cone is seated – cone and sealer are one step.
What are the millimetre marks for, and what is the cone made of?
DiaDent mark the cone so the working length is read against the reference point rather than judged – their instructions have the master cone tried in, checked to length, and its position confirmed on a radiograph before sealer goes anywhere near it. The Safety Data Sheet lists the material as zinc oxide 55–70%, barium sulphate 8–12% and gutta percha (trans-1,4-polyisoprene) 15–25%.
