CPR 4 is the medium Problem Solver – diamond coated, listed by Obtura Spartan for removing obstructions in the canal, troughing around posts and chasing calcifications, on a 19.0 mm shank. It is the middle choice for when 17 mm stops short and 24 mm is more tip than the access will take.
