Sub-orifice, where the canal stops being a canal. The three Problem Solvers are one idea in three sizes – diamond coated, thin, built to remove obstructions in the canal – and CPR 3 is the small one: the shortest taper of the three, for chasing calcifications and troughing around a post. 17.0 mm.

How long does a tip last?
Obtura Spartan publish no figure and neither will we. Worth knowing is that a diamond tip stops cutting well before it looks worn, so judge it on how it is working rather than on how it looks.
