A working increment down a canal, with no set-up step

How much of a perforation repair is spent adjusting the instrument rather than placing the material? The Classic curved N°1 answers that by not needing adjusting. It comes out of the pouch at the curve PD gave it, takes the general-purpose Ø1.10 mm increment, and goes back down the same canal it went down last time. PD list this geometry for precise endodontic procedures performed by the orthograde approach.

› What PD list the system for: pulp capping, iatrogenic and pathological perforation, root resorption, apexification and apexogenesis by the orthograde route.
› Clean it within fifteen minutes, plunger out first, then floss. The needle is the reusable part and this is what keeps it that way.
› Not for Biodentine, which the IFU excludes from the red and yellow needles.

Which size do most people buy?
N°1. It carries a useful increment without needing generous access, which is why it is also the size PD build MAP One around.

Can I bend it a little?
It is not made for it – that is the NiTi needle's job, and only NiTi returns to shape in the autoclave. Treat the Classic curve as fixed.
