How often does the instrument you own quietly decide how a repair gets done? A single-size carrier does exactly that: a fine perforation and a wide open apex get the same bore because it is the only one on the tray. PD describe this as the optimal kit for endodontists looking for flexibility and precision, and it brings all three NiTi sizes with the syringe, a well and cleaning thread.

The three bores	Ø0.90 mm yellow, Ø1.10 mm red and Ø1.30 mm blue – fine access through to a full apical plug
All bendable	Every needle here is memory-shape nitinol: shape it to the case, and sterilisation returns it straight
Cleaning included	A CleanyFloss pack comes with it, so the fifteen-minute rule can be followed from the first case
Orthograde	This is a canal-and-chamber kit. Retrograde surgery wants the handed Surgery needles instead

› The well matters more than it sounds. Loading a needle from a stainless steel well is what keeps a mix workable and off the bracket table.
› Plungers are the running cost. Sixteen per size is a starting stock, not a year's supply.
› Not for Biodentine in the yellow and red needles, per the IFU. Nothing is published for blue.

Do I need three sizes?
If your repair work varies – a resorptive defect one week, a fine strip perforation the next – yes, because the bore is the one thing you cannot improvise. If not, MAP One and a second needle later is leaner.

Does it cover apical surgery?
Not properly. NiTi can be bent towards a retrograde approach, but PD build the Surgery and Hooked geometries for that, and the Surgical Kit is where they live.
